Many single-storey rear extensions fall under permitted development, but it depends on size, design, location and local restrictions. We’ll check this during your survey.
How long does it take to build?
Typical build time is 8–16 weeks, depending on size, complexity and approvals.
Will it be disruptive to live there during build?
There will be some construction noise, deliveries & scaffolding, but we plan work phases to minimise disruption.
What about building regulations?
All work complies with building regulations — structure, insulation, doors / windows, drainage, electrics. We submit the necessary documentation and inspections.
Can I include a roof lantern or skylight?
Yes — many customers add roof lanterns or upgrades for natural light; we’ll design it into your layout options.
